Don't put so much pressure on yourself this year. You don’t have to completely reinvent yourself in 2026. 😱
There’s a great idea in the book The Compound Effect that I love: it’s not the big, dramatic changes that shape your life — it’s the small ones you repeat over time.
Sometimes we think change has to feel intense or drastic to “count.”
We chase the high of a big decision or a big intention… and then a few weeks later, we’re burned out or right back where we started.
Big swings in one direction tend to swing back just as hard. 😵
Actual, lasting change is usually more... quiet.
It’s the tiny, almost boring choices that add up.
This is true for dieting, working out, productivity, mindset — all of it.
Instead of going all in and burning out, try one small shift this week.
If you want to be more mindful, meditate for just three minutes in the morning or before bed.
If you want to move your body more, walk for five minutes at noon, or do a short stretch when you wake up.
If nighttime snacking feels hard, try stopping just one hour before bed for a week, then slowly make that 2 hours.
Start small. Let it become a habit. Then build on it.
That’s how change actually sticks — and how your life REALLY transforms. 😁
