Some days, I don’t have real estate content to make because I’m just out here living my life outside of real estate… and I think that’s a pretty good thing. 🤍

School season has officially begun, and every year it feels like the market takes a little breath while everyone gets back into routines. After the busiest, craziest year I’ve had in real estate yet, I’m actually really grateful for the slowdown.

Summer 2026 was one for the books. ☀️

My boy is turning SIX and heading into 1st grade. My baby girl is starting her Montessori journey. And somewhere in between all the closings, showings, late-night phone calls, trips, adventures and everyday chaos, I’ve looked around and realized just how much all of us have grown as a family.

I’m so excited to watch my babies step into these new chapters, expand their little worlds and become more and more themselves. 🥹

And while they’re growing, so am I.

I’m using this little change of pace to dial in my processes, figure out how I can serve my clients even better, and make plans for the next level of growth — in my business AND in my family.

Sometimes growth looks like going 100 mph. And sometimes it looks like slowing down long enough to appreciate how far you’ve already come.

So no real estate content today. 😂 Just a mom, a business owner, and a very grateful human soaking in this season.

Here’s to new routines, new chapters and finishing 2026 strong. 🤍

Downtown Casper 🤝🏼 the C.H. Bixby Hotel

More than a decade ago, a vision was cast for the future of Downtown Casper through a strategic plan.

A stronger retail core. Better wayfinding. A public plaza. More reasons to gather, stay, shop, eat, invest.

& a hotel at the heart of it.

Last week, another piece of that vision moved forward.

The Casper DDA is proud to support the downtown hotel project approved by Casper City Council and the continued private investment it represents for our district.

Because a hotel downtown doesn’t stand alone.

It means more visitors within walking distance of our shops, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and entertainment venues. More opportunities to bring meetings, events, and tourism dollars into the heart of our city. And more economic activity supporting the property owners, businesses, employees, and people who continue to invest in this place.

We’ve watched pieces of that original vision become reality over the years; from David Street Station and wayfinding to new housing, businesses, and gathering spaces. And we’re excited to see the momentum continue.

Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with the hotel expected to open its doors to the public in 2028!

We can’t wait to watch this piece of Downtown Casper’s future take shape.

✨ New photos, new office, and lots of exciting growth! ✨

We’ve grown, we’re BUSY, and we’re ready to take on even more! 🏡🤍

I’m so excited to finally share some of my new headshots from our new office...a space that has quickly started to feel like home.

One of my favorite things about it? The kitchen. 😂 We make breakfast together, eat together, work together, laugh together… we genuinely just LOVE being at the office. The fact that we’re all here as much as we are says a lot about the culture and friendships we’ve built.

I’m incredibly thankful for this team, the support they’ve shown me, and how close we’ve all become. Real estate can be crazy, busy and unpredictable, and having people you truly enjoy doing it alongside makes all the difference. ❤️

We’re growing, we’re working hard, and most importantly, we’re ready to serve our clients even better.

🐝 Just a little Wyoming yard appreciation today…

The bees are working overtime on the Russian sage! 💜 Russian sage is one of my FAVORITES, and you’ll see it in landscaping all over Casper for good reason. It handles our Wyoming conditions, gives you that gorgeous purple color, and keeps blooming later in the season when a lot of other plants are starting to call it quits.

When I’m showing homes, I’m always noticing the landscaping and I love seeing plants that actually make sense for where we live.

Because loving where you live isn’t just about the house. It’s the yard, the neighborhood, the views and all the little things that make it feel like home. 🏡🌿

And apparently, the bees agree on this one. 🐝
