Liberty Square is now leasing and offers one-, two-, three-and four-bedroom apartments for rent. Project Based HUD Housing Vouchers are available for specific units. Housing choice vouchers accepted.

Situated in the heart of Casper, the location features convenient shopping and an on-site manager. The building offers a community room for residents, mailboxes, an on-site laundry facility, fully equipped kitchens, central air conditioning, included parking, and all utilities covered by the property owner. City bus line and CATC are also available.

Applications are available at the Liberty Square Office, the Casper Housing Authority Office, or you can download and print the application at www.chaoffice.org. Fully completed applications may be returned to either office at:

Liberty Square Apartments is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit property endorsed by President Trump. Liberty is a unique property because it houses Casper Housing Authority's Public Housing RAD program providing HUD vouchers for low-income families. Liberty provides both low-income vouchers and workforce housing serving the Casper community!
