Sometimes you just need to get in the room. ❤️

I spent the past week learning from some of the best in real estate…talking everything from economics and AI to marketing, mindset, personal growth and creating an even better experience for our clients.

I came home with pages of notes, a head full of ideas, and plenty I’m excited to put into action.

But one of my biggest takeaways had nothing to do with a new strategy or piece of technology.

Surround yourself with people who challenge you, encourage you and make you better.

I was lucky enough to spend the week with some pretty incredible women in this industry. We learned together, laughed A LOT, shared ideas, supported one another—and yes…..found time for a margarita or two. 😉

Twenty years into real estate, I’m still learning. Still growing. Still looking for ways to be better at what I do and better serve the people who trust me with one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.

I think that’s exactly how it should be. ❤️

We traded another interstate exit for a little adventure in Lindsborg, Kansas…aka Little Sweden, USA. 🇸🇪

We wandered the shops, bought Swedish chocolate and cookies (plus some adorable dish towels 😅), & had one of the most unique dinners we’ve had on a road trip.

Sometimes the best travel memories happen when you decide to take the exit.

and his momma before that….for generations.

Generations of standing at the stove flipping these…..and now it’s my turn & my family loves them!
