Yo
u may be wondering why this page exists and how it can help you. The Honey Ur Home Team, lead by Janice & Ernesto DiCarlantonio have put this community page together so that neighbors can come together in a friendly, open environment to post what’s on their mind, or to look for help and guidance from perhaps another neighbor. As neighbors, you are welcome to Post what ever you want relating to Lake Griffin Estates. Keep it clean and try to keep it positive. If your post is offensive then please understand you risk having it removed. OK so on to some suggestions:
Do you want to have a neighborly party? Are you busting at the seams and would like to organise a neighborhood garage sale? Love your neighbors new landscaping? The rest of us would love to stroll by and see it, too. Need a new roof? Your neighbors may be thinking the same thing and if we work together as neighbors, we may be able to get several roofs done by the same company and therefore get great pricing. Want to sell something? Your neighbor may want to buy it if they knew it was for sale. Want to give something away? Your neighbor may want it. Like someone's Post, Hate it, Agree with it, Disagree with it, RESPOND TO IT! Just remember that it is your neighbor...be nice. So who is this person behind our Lake Griffin Estates page? We are Janice and Ernesto DiCarlantonio, the Honey Ur Home Real Estate Team. We have lived in the Lake Griffin Estates Community since March 2001. Janice has served on the board for two years and on committees as well. Before doing that Janice was the key individual getting the community together so that the board could be formed by residents and not by the builder. Both Janice and Ernesto have been active in the community by taking personal time to remind residents to participate. Ernesto served as chair for the Architectural review committee. They are both Real Estate brokers and so, together they understand communities from the perspective of maintaining property values as well as the social perspective. They simply want to see that this community thrive on both accounts and this page is just for that purpose. So 'like' this page and settle in with your neighbors because you are about to enter a community where neighbors will take the time to respect their neighbors and offer a hand when a hand is in need. Looking forward to talking to you soon...neighbor.
