Great agent found a great deal on this one! While it needed some love/maintenance, it had a clean 4 point, young roof (needs a wash 😏), and most of the big tickets systems (AC, water heater, electrical etc) have been recently updated. We caught a couple small repairs needed that will be corrected before closing, and met a cute cat 🐈‍⬛ 😎 Contact us for your inspection needs so there’s no surprises on move in day!

Water’s not supposed to be coming from there.. At a recent inspection we had some deteriorating grout that’s allowed water behind the shower wall.. This leaked down the wall, around the tub, and out of the wall next to the bathtub 😮‍💨😅 Glad we caught this issue for our first time homebuyer so her stellar agent can negotiate repairs! Contact us when you’re ready to make that offer on your dream home! We’ll make sure that it’s not actually a nightmare 😎
