Meet our Home Again Castle Pines Team!

First up, Dan Notartomaso, Owner of both Peak Custom Construction and Oak and Iron Design Co. He is eager to connect with you at our happy hour and answer any questions you may have about renovation, how it affects home value, what is new in design trends.

**A Native of Boston, Massachusetts, Dan relocated to Denver in 2005, then again in 2012. He has Colorado in his veins, and the design style at Oak & Iron reflects a clean, crisp space with just the right touch of rustic to capture what we believe is the spirit of this most beautiful part of the country.

Dan’s foundation is in Historic Preservation, with projects under his belt at the Massachusetts State House, Cambridge City Hall, and the John Adams Courthouse, among others. The focus in these projects, beyond the General Contracting components, is custom millwork, and cabinetry.

Dan’s passion is taking on the challenging remodel and design projects that other teams tend to shy away from. “We crave the stunning before and after photos – it’s the entire reason we do what we do.”

Oak & Iron’s birth was a result of its sister company, Peak Custom Construction’s need to have design and material support. Oak’s intention is to provide high quality, custom designed products within a reasonable price.
