The Braun Rd project is underway! Complete interior gut with floor plan changes. On the exterior all new windows, doors, siding, front porch makeover and masonry work.

1 of our 6 current projects is at tile stage. These large format tiles are a new trend weighing roughly 60lbs each! Curbless shower with linear drain 🤯

This one was gutted down to the studs, floor plan changes, new driveway and patio. A few finishing touches and getting this one wrapped up just in time for the new tenants to move in! 💥
