The Denver real estate market of the late 1980s was rough, and while there seemed to be more brokers than clients Maureen continued to thrive during a time when many brokers left the industry.

' With several years of real estate experience in the Denver area, I've witnessed both boom & bust markets from the '80's through our most recent economic challenges,' Maureen explains. 'I take pride in my ability to represent my clients' interests through a variety of market influences and am not intimidated by complicated transactions.'

Maureen gracefully and compassionately guides her clients through not only preliminary meetings and negotiations, but also through the tearful goodbyes. She understands the emotions that can be linked with a move, and that change for families is rarely easy. Many clients know the type of home they would like, but identifying the exact area for that home can be tricky depending on schools, activities, sports and proximity to work or transportation requirements. Maureen's first-hand knowledge and broad access to contacts in the area allows her to act as a resource for the hard to find information her clients need to make their housing decisions. While much of Maureen's business is now comprised of former satisfied clients looking to upgrade, downsize or move closer to work, she does receive many new clients from referrals and is always thrilled to work with a new client.
