After more than 15 years of friendship, collaboration, supporting one another, and working together behind the scenes, I'm incredibly excited to officially welcome Gretchen Ptacek to The Wassell Group.

And honestly? It just makes sense.

Such a pleasure assisting this family with their Colorado dream!

From dreaming about Colorado to officially calling it HOME! 🏔️❤️

For a long time, this Tennessee family dreamed of moving west—to be closer to the Colorado Rockies, embrace a little more adventure, and create incredible opportunities for their son.

Today, that dream officially became reality. They are officially COLORADO residents! 🎉

Buying a home from hundreds of miles away is no small feat. There were virtual tours, in-person tours, plenty of conversations, a few pivots when homes didn’t quite fit the vision, and lots of teamwork along the way. Through it all, this family showed up, supported each other, stayed flexible, and kept their eyes on the bigger picture.
