My name is Cayce Dahmer and I'm a 4th generation Colorado Native and 18 year licensed Real Estate Agent/Realtor.
The following is program information along with application information:
I represent a large Wall Street Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that will BUY THE HOME YOU CHOOSE and rent it to you with a purchase option. You can pick just about any home that's for sale (some restrictions apply). You, in turn, will rent the home until you're able to get a mortgage. Once you get your mortgage, YOU HAVE THE CONTRACTUAL RIGHT TO BUY THE HOME at predetermined prices. You have 5 years to do so. However, if you do not wish to purchase the home there is NO obligation or non-refundable money. Simply use it as a rental opportunity with a purchase option.
Not everyone can get approved; you have to qualify. If you meet the following pre-qualifications there's a high likelihood I can get you approved for the program.
1. Minimum credit score of 580
2. Minimum $60,000 in household income
3. No felony convictions
4. No evictions or delinquent tax liens
5. No open Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

The program is designed as a "path to home ownership". You fill out a 10 minute online application and upload a couple of documents and receive approval within 4 business days.
Once you're approved, you get to go shop for a home with me as your licensed agent (you will be my customer as the future resident). Once YOU PICK YOUR HOME, my client will make an ALL CASH OFFER, and you likely move in within 45 days.
HERE ARE YOUR COSTS:
1. $30 per adult application fee
2. Once we go to contract on your property you're going to have to come up 2 months security deposit, pets are an additional $300/each (3 max). The two month's security deposit portion is refundable less tenant damage, rent delinquencies or breach of lease.
3. Your 1st month's rent will be prorated depending upon what time of the month you move in.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
1. Your buyout price goes up roughly 4-4.5% each year
2. Your rent goes up by 3.75% each year
3. You keep all the equity above your buyout price
4. You can walk away from the property annually without a penalty
5. Up to 2 acres if you want a large lot
6. Homes have to be priced in between $200,000- $550,000 ($500K Max Colorado Springs Metro)
7. No short sale, foreclosure, builder, bank owned or condo properties

Summary:

Services and stocks vending machines. Maintains cleanliness of equipment. Maintains accurate service, inventory records along with repairing/troubleshooting/updating vending equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Services and stocks product vending machines.
- Collects, secures, and transports funds removed from serviced vending
machines to office.
- Operates motor vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
- Monitors shelf life and sales of products to minimize spoilage losses.
- Maintains accurate records of truck inventory and product movement to
machine inventory.
- Resolves customer issues concerning vending products and machine
malfunctions.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies;
promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental
practices.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned such as
repairing/troubleshooting/updating vending
equipment.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Prefer High school diploma or GED; experience directly related to the duties
and responsibilities also preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Ability to calculate numbers, correct entries, and post to records.
- Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of vending machines desired but
not necessary. Paid training may be provided to awarded candidate.
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to secure and handle cash.
- Ability to drive motor vehicles.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Ability to make independent, routine procedural decisions.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine operational problems.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Possession of a valid Colorado driver's license is a requirement for this job.
- This position is a contract position and subject to 1099 payment.
- Successful candidate may require to post-offer, pre-employment physical
examination and medical history check.
- Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting,
pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50+ pounds. Physical work is a
primary part (more than 70%) of job.
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks (see
below):

Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.

Pay flexible depending on experience and be very lucrative. This can be either a full-time or part-time job.
