Closed on this one a couple weeks ago. It was not an easy one on my side, as it had been bank owned for nigh in a decade. We had a bank, a listing agentcy, a third-party doc checker, a lender, buyers, lawyer, a closing company and a title company, all separate, in 4 different states, but we made it! Conrats!!

And in case you're wondering, it's pronounced FLOR-I-sunt, not like fluorescent. It's abgreatbplace, but it doesn't glow 😆 Ask me about Ouray, Cache La Poudre and Buena Vista next :)

This is my second sale on this street and it's a beautiful neighborhood with lovely neighbors. 4 bedrooms plus an office, huge fenced yard, walk to trails, parks and schools. Fireplace, hot tub, and close to a quarter acre. Remember when houses got privacy fences and weren't 2 feet from the neighbors? Houses like this don't come up much :)
