Reaching out here to the hundreds of awesome folks like you who have shown interest in Castle Rock Business Park, and have offered ideas and partnerships for future projects on the property. Thanks so much for your support, the kudos, and the ideas.
I live on the property, and work closely with the out-of-town owner as the future of this "blank canvas" development property becomes reality.

It's an exciting time at The Rock. The property owner is a very cool guy, and is considering many possible partnerships and projects that will be rolling out soon, and over the next couple of years.
Five years from now, you won't recognize the old farm property you see today. It's gonna be a blast.

Consumer, and investor confidence seems to be at an all time high. I know I am jumping in. I invite any other folks to contact me and do the same! I personally don't want to miss the next decade of spiking growth in the U.S., and especially in Cowlitz County!
Shhh..Cowlitz County the dark-horse of Washington State. It is the best kept secret, and it will see exponential growth in the next two to five years. Betcha. And how exciting.
