We just finished renovating some new small offices in our 1832 Woodmoor property in Monument. These are great spots for small business owners, therapists, entrepreneurs, or someone who may have "outgrown" their home office. Wifi and utilities are all included. There is a shared kitchenette with fridge and freezer. Monthly lease rates start at $500. No extra fees.
