Javier Flores, Realtor Bob Pace Real Estate Team Javier is a first generation Mexican Puerto Rican, born and raised in the east bay.

His parents came to the US seeking opportunity and on that path, found each other. Javier was born in Oakland, CA and moved to Castro Valley, CA when he was eight years old. His family remained in their Castro Valley home well into his adulthood. Javier moved to San Leandro in 2012 where he is raising his two young children. He is an active member of the community and the schools, holding leadersh

ip positions in the PTA and Dad’s Club for consecutive years. After graduating from CVHS, Javier accepted an opportunity to travel east with a marketing company. While traveling all over the midwest and east coast, he developed and mastered the skillful art of presentation, not only in the product and brand, but also in himself. After several years and invaluable experiences, Javier recognized that there is no place like the Bay Area and decided to come back to his roots. Javier recognized early on in his career that marketing alone cannot, in and of itself, garner success; there is also the customer service pillar that plays an integral role in the whole. For that reason, he entered the service and hospitality Industry. It was there that he harnessed his greatest quality - the ability to quickly assess the needs of his clients while upholding his integrity and maintaining steadfastness to the wishes of his clients. After a decade in the service and hospitality industry, Javier entered the sales environment. Climbing the ladder, he began as a sales associate and was quickly recognized as having the necessary qualities of regional sales management. It is Javier’s integrity, personable energy, work ethic, and genuine care for his clients that have led to return professional relationships across many industries. Javier joined The Robert Pace Real Estate Team in 2022. Having been close friends with Robert since Middle School, the opportunity to begin the next chapter of his career, alongside an experienced and successful lead such as Robert was an easy decision to make. Equipped with the necessary tools and skills to bring unique and individualized support for his future real estate clients, Javier, with the combined forces of the Robert Pace Real Estate Team, is ready to guide you on your first or next real estate endeavor.
