I have been provided with excellent training through Coldwell Banker during my real estate career and continue to stay informed by regularly attending educational programs and seminars, including a mandatory Coldwell Banker legal update seminar to keep its agents up to date on current lawsuits filed and how to avoid them. With over 20 years in the legal profession, I feel right at home with the numerous legal documents required in a real estate transaction. I am also familiar with the probate, bankruptcy and litigation process. I have assisted clients in the purchase of bank owned “REO” properties and short sales. I have assisted clients with the sale of properties involving trusts, probate administration and multiple units. One of my hobbies is working on building/remodeling projects. I have installed tile and cabinets, wired electrical fixtures, installed kitchen appliances (including plumbing and electrical), textured walls, built fences, etc. I believe my experience can help clients maximize the potential sales value of their home and provide a vision for how a property’s value can be increased.
