He spent over 25 years as a corporate professional working for companies such as Chevron, Don Fleming Co, and Rubbermaid Commercial Products. He began his Real Estate career in 2004 and became a full time Realtor servicing buyers and sellers in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Tim spends his time previewing homes and tracking prices so he can stay abreast of current market conditions and trends.
He attends classes, seminars and workshops to keep current with changing laws and technology. When working with buyers, Tim has a comprehensive buying process that is guaranteed to help any buyer find the right home at the right price. He enjoys working with relocation buyers that are establishing a home in the Bay Area because he enjoys sharing ALL the wonderful jewels the area has to offer. When working with sellers his philosophy is “one size does not fit all”. Tim develops a marketing plan tailored to attract the right buyers and ensure maximum exposure to generate the best price for his sellers. Education and Affiliation:
Tim is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA with a BA in Business Management. He was elected to the Board of Directors for the Bay East Association of Realtors for 2011-2012 and was re-elected to serve for 2013-14. In 2018 Tim served as President of Bay East. Director (California Association of Realtors). Tim is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist. He is an approved REO specialist and is also certified by Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services as a Luxury Home Specialist a certification earned by Realtors who successfully market and sell Luxury Homes. Other Interest, Hobbies. Tim is an active member at South Bay Community Church in Fremont, CA . At South Bay, Tim is a Deacon and he and his wife Paula are leaders of a small group ministry. He and his family have been members of the church since 1999. Being a part of a church family is very important to Tim and South Bay provides the perfect environment for him and his family to serve and grow spiritually. An avid and passionate golfer, Tim is a member of the Northern California Golf Association. He is a member of the Lawyers and Judges Golf Club where he sits on the Board of Directors. He has volunteered as a marshal for various PGA and LPGA events in Northern California. In addition to his love for golf, Tim also carves out some time to collect Vintage Men’s wrist watches. He is fascinated with timepieces circa 1920’s and 30’s. His collection includes watches made by Hamilton, Elgin, and Whittnauer to name a few. Last but not least, Tim publishes an electronic monthly newsletter titled “Results with Integrity” The newsletter is full of helpful real estate tips, trends, and market updates.
