⚾️ The Von Roll Team Double Header –
just in time for Opening Day!

Real estate can feel a lot like baseball… and this one had a few extra innings.

Our clients were ready to make a big life shift—sell their larger home in Castro Valley and move into a smaller, single-level home in Rossmoor in Walnut Creek. The plan was clear: sell first, then secure the right replacement home as quickly as possible.

After several visits to Rossmoor, we found the one on our third trip. Their offer was accepted on March 3rd, contingent on the sale of their Castro Valley home—which was about to hit the market just days later.

Game on.
We hosted two busy open houses with 72 groups through the door and received 3 strong offers. We accepted a very strong offer—50% down and non-contingent—which put us in a great position moving forward.

Then… a curveball.
Just one week before closing, the buyer unexpectedly canceled. Not ideal timing, to say the least. But instead of striking out, we went back to the bench—re-engaged the other buyers—and successfully secured another very good offer.
