In today's electronic age, everybody has access to information. The key is getting the right information that applies to you. This is what makes Mac Rogers (brokermac to his clients), different over the other agents. He listens to what his clients "know" about real estate and relates it back to their situation. This corrects a lot of the myths or preconceived notions that buyers and sellers may have. Thus making them better informed on the decisions that they need to make. He enjoys working with clients that are knowledgeble but still willing to listen to what he has to say. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Mac held several positions in finance. Dealing with a lot of financial analysis and foreigh currency hedging. He also worked for an angel investor analyzing business plans that were being submitted for funding. He also embraces technology and appreciates being able to communicate with clients "their way." Would you like your market analysis delivered as an iPad presentation? Do you want all your documents delivered electronically? Mac will do that. Common sense is another cornerstone of Mac's real estate practice. Knowing that about 90% of all buyers begin their search for a home online, he takes the time to post extensive photos and descriptions of his listings on his site and in MLS, syndicates them to a variety of real estate portals, then gives them extra exposure through Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist, Backdoor etc. Mac was born and raised in the Philippines. He moved to the states finish college and ended staying here for good. He has lived in both sides of the bay and is quite familiar with the Peninsula & East Bay markets.
