🥵 HOT. TIRED. BUT DONE.

Apparently staying out way too late at the San Antonio Mud Drags and then thinking I’d get up and knock out a nice morning run was… questionable planning. 😂🤪

I got a MUCH later start than I wanted, and South Texas wasted absolutely NO time reminding me that once that sun comes up, IT GETS HOT FAST. ☀️🔥

But I showed up anyway!

🔥 11:51 average pace
❤️ 155 average HR
🥵 Approximately 472° outside by the time I finished 😂

Not my favorite conditions, but I’m pretty dang happy with those miles considering the late night and late start!

And because apparently I haven’t learned my lesson yet… I’m thinking about heading back out tonight and knocking out a few more miles once that sun goes down. 😳😂 Ragnar isn’t going to train for itself!
