The house I staged last week is already in escrow!! Three days on the market! I totally transformed this house utilizing warm woods and fabrics with a mid-century modern dining table and chairs. I sourced the perfect wall paper for my remodel! A stunning, elegant, luxurious floral Versace design for the large dining room wall and a simple but elegant paper that has a lot of sensual texture. It’s been a minute since I’ve post. The last three months were insane or about drove me insane with back to back stagings.
Almost all of the Palm Springs properties went into escrow the first week! This is after a slow 2025.
