Today marks another year of Pathway Realty 💙

Opening a brokerage was one of those things where you don’t fully know how it will turn out -- you just know you’re supposed to take the step.

And today, I’m just incredibly grateful.

For the people who trusted me early.
For the clients who continue to choose us.
For the team that brings this vision to life every day.

A place where relationships matter more than transactions.
Where agents can build a business they’re proud of -- and a life to go with it.
Where clients feel guided, not sold to.

What started as an idea has become a team, a community, and a way of doing business I believe in deeply.

We’re stepping out of the Year of the Snake -- a season of wisdom, strategy, quiet growth, and shedding what no longer serves us.

The snake teaches patience. Discernment. Transformation beneath the surface.

But now… we enter the Year of the Horse.
The Horse represents momentum. Freedom. Forward motion. Courage.

The Year of the Horse feels perfectly aligned with my word of the year: dynamism-- energy in motion, vision with velocity.

This is the year we stop circling the mountain -- and start running toward it.

The year of bold action. Of trusting our instincts. Of moving with strength and confidence.
