‼️🏠Housing Market Update🏠‼️
US existing homes sales slid 2.5% month over month according to the national Association of Realtors (NAR). Meanwhile, home prices continue to reach record heights nationwide with NAR reporting median sales price of $420,000 for the month of September.

Inventory has continued to grow across the country and in NAR chief economist Lawrence YUN believes that the rise of inventory along with lower mortgage rates is good news for sales to improve in the month ahead.
