🍉 Okay, I need your opinion! 🏡
I've been tossing around an idea for the Watermelon Festival weekend... (July 23rd - July 25th 2026)

Since so many people will already be in Cave City enjoying the festival, would it be convenient if I hosted a few open houses all within about 5 minutes of the festival grounds? 🍉🏡

I'm thinking about offering a little something for everyone:
🏡 A few homes in the beautiful Double Oak Estates (Patterson Addition)
🏡 A charming in-town home near E. Center Street
🏡 And a home just outside of town off Highway 230 with more of that peaceful country feel.
Tentatively, I'm thinking:
🍉 Thursday | 1:00–3:00 PM
🍉 Friday | 12:00–2:00 PM
🍉 Friday | 3:00–5:00 PM
🍉 Saturday | 12:00–2:00 PM
My thought is... if you're already making the trip for the festival, why not knock a little house hunting off the list too? 😊 It could also be a great excuse to step inside, cool off in the A/C for a few minutes, grab a bottle of water, and take a look around while you're there!

Would you stop by an open house while you're in town?
