Call or TEXT for immediate attention. 602-920-2071. Personal attention & no detail over-looked. I am a life long area native I grew up in New River and went to New River Elementary school. I worked in the construction/ building industry buying and selling my own properties before getting my Real Estate License in 2004. I started with Tom Adam Realty specializing in rural properties and vacant land

, after 6 years, I went to Prudential Arizona Properties for 1 year. I now have found my home at Coldwell Banker Daisy Mountian Real Estate. When buying and selling properties outside of a subdivision you need to work with an agent that understands rural properties and has a record of solving problems that can arise in the sale of these homes. Success determined by loving you job. My mentor once told me that being a realtor is, countless hours of boredom, interrupted by moments of terror. I don’t know about the moments of terror but there is some critical big decisions to be made. It is made worthwhile from the joy of handing someone the keys after you have shown them several houses and been through the process of acquiring their dream home. Or helped some overt foreclosure by completing the short sale. I am good at what I do and enjoy my job.

Arizona, California, and Nevada have proposed a high-stakes plan to conserve 3.2 million acre-feet of Colorado River water through 2026. While the goal is to stabilize the West’s most vital waterway, the deal signals a permanent shift for the region’s real estate: The era of water-unlimited growth is officially over.

Arizona, California, and Nevada agree to historic water cuts through 2028—but a dwindling water supply is already redrawing the map for Southwest homebuilders.

In 2026, legal agreements that apportion the river will expire. That means that, amid the effects of climate change and more than 20 years of drought, river stakeholders and the federal government have just months to agree what to do.
