Jane has lived in Carefree for over twenty-five years. She and her husband raised two children in their owner-built home in the beautiful hills north of town. She loves the area and has come to know the land and the people.

Jane devoted many years to teaching in the local school district working closely with students and their families. Expanding her work in education, she served as a principal. Her doctorate degree was earned at Arizona State University where she furthered her career as a professor in the College of Education.

Community volunteer work is an important part of her life. Jane has raised money for schools, supported Toys for Tots, and community food drives. She served on the Desert Foothills Theater board as well as the board and executive board of a children’s charity, the Kiwanis Club of Carefree.

After a career in public service, Jane expressed an interest in learning something new. She chose a field where she could apply her experience and enjoyment of working with people, share her knowledge of Arizona schools, and an ability to research as well as pay attention to detail. Combining her unique interests and abilities, she earned her REALTOR® license and signed on with Desert Dream Realty in 2020.
