Came across this live electrical box underneath mudroom cabinetry. You would never even see this receptacle box as the cabinetry has been built upon it. This is a safety hazard as the wires are hot and there are multiple hot conductors in this box which can cause an arc at any time. It’s always best to check every area of the home for any failures by a builder or renovator. Lucky we caught this one!

Now that’s a leaking hose bib!! Did you know that hose bibs are major concern for leaks into a home especially after the winter as the freeze can burst the pipe inside the home and you don’t know until the hose is used in Spring.
