After a couple of months off for knee surgery Kendall and I did 3 inspections yesterday and we are now over 200 inspections since we started this service. We enjoy working with all of the realtors, banks and buyers and sellers in giving fair and honest inspections without all of the hype. Please give us a call anytime to discuss our inspection process. Kendall is an expert at all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. His experience building commercial projects, owning and operating an air conditioning and heating business gives him more experience than anyone in Southern Utah regarding inspecting and analyzing these systems. My expertise is general building, having built over 400 custom homes, thousands of apartments and condominiums, commercial and retail businesses. We very much enjoy being involved with the construction and inspection business and sincerely want to share our knowledge and experience with everyone involved in this process. Just a little update. Kendall and I just did our 152nd inspection yesterday. We pride ourselves in doing a complete and honest inspection. No dog and pony show, no histrionics, just a good clean, complete inspection based on over 100 years of construction history. From very large commercial, multi family and residential construction to progress reports for banks and lending institutions. Thank you for your support

My father just had a home inspection done. It was done by a St. George inspector because it would be a huge conflict of interest if we did it, understandingly so. The problem with the inspection was that everything listed on the inspection was a MAJOR defect! It took one day and $250.00 in materials to fix the items listed on the report!! The buyers backed out of the purchase! Our goal at K and K inspections is to give a thorough, honest inspection, without the histrionics or false representations of actual conditions. We want to give the buyers and sellers an educated inspection so they understand what is a major defect or a problem that can be fixed in 5 minutes is! That is what an inspection based on 100 years of construction experience offers versus someone that got their experience out of a book or website!
