Do you consider yourself organized and excellent in customer service? Cedar City Police Department is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Police Support & Records Specialist.

Applications are being accepted through Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., with a potential interview date of Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

🔹 Serves as department receptionist in answering and directing phone calls and walk-in traffic.

🔹 Creates and maintains files, updating files as needed; makes copies, assists the public, responds to telephone calls and distributes calls to appropriate office or individual.

🔹 Manages the day-to-day operations of the records division by monitoring workflow, data accuracy and overall quality.

🔹 Monitors files to assure proper reporting and prepares various State and Federal reports showing department activity and crime information.
