Possibly the one of the only good things about the War in the Ukraine is that mortgage investors have moved to the safely of local bonds. This leads the Treasury yields to recede this week and influencing the Mortgage rates to go down somewhat. I will probably be short term so probably a good time to lock a rate!

The average 30-year-fixed rate mortgage declined to 3.76% for the week ending March 3, down from 3.89% in the previous week, amid the geopolitical tensions caused by Russia's war in Ukraine.
