Beginning July 1 a new disclosure/agreement became required when I am representing you as a buyer. The new form simply sets out how I am compensated when working as a buyer representative. This is in much the same vein as the listing agreement we've used for decades.
This change doen't need emoji's, fancy graphics or drama to announce, just explanation. I'm happy to walk through it and will be explaning it to sellers as well as buyers as we move forward. After 25 years in Real Estate I've found most things are simply revisions of thought. This is no different. Questions? I'm here!
