This sweet little girl is bringing some much-needed sunshine, puppy kisses, laughter, and love to our Realty ONE Group Movement family!

Our hearts will forever hold a special place for our sweet Gracie Mae. She was more than our mascot—she was family, and the love she brought into our lives will never be forgotten.

While no one could ever take her place, we know there’s always room in our hearts for more LOVE.

Lane LeBahn grew up in rural Iowa near New Hartford, where he learned early on the importance of hard work, community, and treating people right. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, Lane eventually made his home in North Liberty, Iowa.

Today, Lane proudly serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Eastern Iowa, including the I-380 corridor, Cedar Valley, Cedar Rapids, North Liberty, Iowa City, Washington, and surrounding communities.

Real estate has been part of Lane’s life long before becoming a REALTOR®. As a longtime rental property investor, he understands firsthand what it takes to evaluate properties, recognize potential, and make informed decisions with both short- and long-term goals in mind. He enjoys putting that experience to work for clients looking to purchase their first investment property or expand an existing portfolio.

What Lane enjoys most about real estate, however, is helping people. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, assisting homeowners preparing to downsize for retirement, helping sellers navigate the market, or guiding investors toward new opportunities, Lane is committed to making the process easier to understand and helping his clients feel confident every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Lane is also a wrestling official, keeping him connected to a sport and community he enjoys. His involvement in wrestling has reinforced the importance of preparation, fairness, integrity, and making confident decisions—qualities he brings to every real estate transaction.
