SOLD we represented these out-of-state buyers on the purchase of a brand new home in Leander. Luckily, they chose to hire an agent to represent them throughout the process. We encouraged them to get a third-party inspection done before closing on this completed home. The inspector found many issues, including major problems with the roof. It took us over two months of fighting for our clients to get all of the issues resolved with the builder. We Always look out for Client’s best interest!
