Texas multifamily isn’t slowing down.
It’s getting smarter 💡

Spent Tuesday in Dallas at BMAC + Thursday at CoStar’s State of the Market representing Apex Multifamily Builders and one thing was clear:

The conversations are shifting.
Less ego. More strategy.
More collaboration. More intentional decisions.

The teams brought in early to solve problems instead of react to them are going to stand out fast.

Also somehow ended up on the big screen at the Round Rock Express game and won free Whataburger 😂 🙌🏼

Some Sundays hit different.

I spent today volunteering with Austin at St. Vincent de Paul, and I’m reminded yet again why I love what I do. Grateful to serve alongside some incredible humans today. 👷🏽‍♀️🫶🏼🙏🏼

More than a project.
A full-circle moment I didn’t see coming.

How are we already here?
Senior year… just like that.

Soaking in every second 💙 💛

I’m still smiling about this one... 🙌🏼⛳️🏆
What a fun day on the course with some of the best people in Austin’s multifamily world — and walking away with the Longest Drive trophy was the cherry on top.

The team always goes above and beyond. I had such a great time out there!

Here’s to long drives, good people, and even better partnerships. 🤍
