When you love what you do and help people get into homes!

This individual makes candles and brought me a candle (lavender/sweetpea) with melts, linen spray, and a roll-on oil. I am in heaven!

Thank you, Never Ending Candle Company

I finally went to visit the 3D-printed homes from Lennar in Georgetown at Wolf Ranch. I didn't hate them! I had lots of questions for the sales office, of course. These homes come with solar panels, but they do not seem to be customized in terms of number of panels. All the walls, interior and exterior, are printed. You can hang pictures on them. The insulation is foam. There are no baseboards or framing other than the trusses in the roof. The actual roof is metal. The heating and cooling vents are much smaller; you can see them in the photos. The walls don't feel like concrete to me.

If anyone is interested in touring, let me know and I would love to take you. They are going to open another subdivision with their own floorplans on wider lots.

Here is a good post about when a buyer needs to sign a buyer representation agreement. If you are looking to purchase a home and want to tour a home, you are now required to sign an agreement with a Realtor to view homes. This is across the nation, not a state law. This is no longer an option, but it's good to know when you are required and not required. The more you know! Open Houses are the exemption to this rule!
