Some homes are worth waiting for! 🏡✨
A few months ago, after exploring different options together, my client fell in love with a beautiful condo in the Oak Hill area. We knew it was the right one - but sometimes life has a different timeline. Instead of settling for something else, we stayed patient and kept our eyes on the goal.
During those months, I stayed in touch with the listing agent, checking in from time to time and keeping an eye on the property. We had worked together before, and having a strong professional relationship made communication easy throughout the process. Real estate is a people business, and having agents who communicate openly and work well together can truly make a difference.
Every time I checked the listing, I hoped it would still be available. Somehow, it was.
Fast forward a few months, and today my client is officially the owner of that very same home!
Even better, we negotiated a great deal, and she moved into a beautiful, move-in-ready home complete with all appliances and most of the furniture.
This transaction is a reminder that buying a home isn’t always about moving as quickly as possible. Sometimes it’s about being patient, staying prepared, and having the right people in your corner when the timing finally aligns.
