Took care of some CE credits today (Legal updates class) at a KB Homes model in the Cool Water neighborhood in Jarrell. Just a little north of Georgetown, you can find some affordable homes with a lower tax rate (bonus: they qualify for USDA loans).
Even with the rain, traffic wasn't too bad heading back to the metro.
