Accepted offer, climbing the roof again in South Austin! 🎊 🙌🏼🪜

My buyer is locking in this amazing deal of a home he can add so much value to, at a great price, great interest rate, and great bones!! THIS is the type of “starter home” I always recommend to my first time home buyers who are unsure of which direction to go. Find the home with good bones that boasts unlimited potential to remodel and reimagine the space. Some paint, flooring, and refinished kitchen cabinets and hardware will make a world of a difference. I can’t wait to see what he does with it (and give my two cents on design and colors 😂)

Very excited to serve yet another first time home buyer in their real estate story ❤️💘 If you are looking to relocate to Austin, Texas, let’s chat! 💌 [email protected]

Happy closing day!! 🥹🫶🏻❤️🏠

Incredibly honored to have been apart of these two’s amazing journey 🥹 From strangers to genuine friends, I couldn’t be thankful enough for their patience, understanding, and all their hard work that made this all possible. They are some of the most hardworking and deserving people I’ve been lucky enough to help guide through their home buying journey, and I’m so so happy for their accomplishment ❤️

Truly love what I do 🏠❤️

Top 20%!!! 🥹💓✨🏠

I recently found out I am in the top 20% (!!!!) of all realtors in Austin, Texas. I was genuinely shocked and still feel like it’s an insane position to be in compared to when I started. My love for taking care of my people, clients, clients who became friends, and everyone who’s ever trusted me with advice, has all truly shown through this year. I am so grateful I get to do this “job” that will never truly feel like a job to me.

Thank YOU, for the love, consistent support, whether its following my journey on here or you’ve trusted me with your purchase or sale. I’m so glad I followed my lil Mexican heart and stuck with my dreams and goals of helping really awesome people achieve theirs, too 🥹💓✨🏠

And don’t EVER forget, call me for ALL your real estate needs in ATX!! 💪🏼✨🔑 A portion of ALL my sales go towards building water wells to provide clean water to children in need❤️(the best part, truly, of all of this)

Back on the roof - Accepted Offer! 🏠❤️

When I got the call from my client that she was looking to make her first purchase - I knew how she felt starting the process. It can be nerve-wracking to start the home buying process when you’ve never done anything like it before. So we sat down and I walked her through every step of the process to eliminate as many surprises or concerns as possible. Who knew, just a few short weeks later, that’d she’d get her offer accepted on the most perfect condo! (Well I did 😉) First purchases mean the most to me because I know how proud I was of myself when I bought my first home, and I love seeing my clients faces once they realize their accomplishment. 🏠❤️

Any questions about the home buying process, DM me!
