The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has officially released the new loan limits for 2022. The new Conforming loan limit for a 1-unit property is increasing from $548,250 to $647,200. So, what does this mean? This will provide homebuyers the opportunity to get into more house with little down. The new loan limits for 1-4 unit properties are below.
