Congratulations Eleanor Thomas for being ranked #27 in the Top 100 of CENTURY21 REALTORS® in North Carolina.

This represents thousands of conversations, showings, negotiations, contracts, problem-solving moments and people served.

Being a great REALTOR® is about so much more than buying and selling homes.

It’s knowing the market
It’s understanding the community.
It’s helping a first-time buyer feel confident.
It’s helping a military family navigate a PCS.
It’s creating a strategy for a seller.
It’s negotiating when the stakes are high.
It’s solving the problems nobody sees.

And sometimes…
It’s being the calm person on the other end of the phone when a deal gets complicated.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in Jacksonville, Onslow County or Eastern North Carolina, here’s our best advice: Don’t choose an agent based on a pretty sign in the yard.

Choose someone who knows the market.
Someone who communicates.
Someone who negotiates.
Someone who will still answer the phone when things get complicated.

And most importantly… Choose someone who will go to work for YOU.

🏡 Thinking about making your next move?
Eleanor Thomas is ready to be of service. Reach out when you are ready to start the conversation, 301-908-3723.

You know that house with all the women in the bright pink shirts swinging hammers every week?

Well, we're still missing one very important piece... The homeowner.

If you live in and/or work in Onslow County, this Women Build house could be yours. The first step is simply filling out the interest form on our website.

We've got the volunteers. We've got the pink shirts. We've got the house under construction.

Now we're just looking for the person (or family) who'll call it home.

Know someone who should see this? Give it a share, you never know whose next chapter might start with one click.

There’s so many reasons I recommend Carolina Family Mortgage to my buyers but the main one is knowing you are in safe hands with Sara and Shelly on your side!
