A bright, sunny CLOSING DAY!! 🤩
So happy I could help this family through the entire buying process- from virtual showings when they couldn’t be in town, to cheering them on through getting a new job, finding a house they love, going under contract while I was at my wedding reception, and then organizing a speedy closing to get them all moved to Iowa so he can start his new job surrounded by family, this is one of those deals that makes my heart SO FULL on closing day.

If you’re looking to be prepared going into this spring market, give me a call & we can get you set up for success. Two of the easiest things to get you in a great starting position are:
1. Get a search set up with your agent.  Don’t wait for other sites to pull data - get an alert the minute something that fits your criteria hits the market.  Or even better, have an agent that’s at their brokerage’s meetings and are the first people to know when a listing is in the works!
2. Talk to your lender. Knowing your budget and being pre-approved can make the difference a seller accepting YOUR offer. Besides, we need to provide proof of funding within 2 days of an accepted offer anyways, so if you’re seriously looking, its best to be seriously backed by the bank!
