Three years ago, I had the privilege of helping this incredible family relocate from the South to my hometown of West Branch as they began an exciting new chapter. After years of serving others through military service and trauma nursing, they were ready for a new adventure while one of them pursued law school at the University of Iowa.
From day one, they were such a joy to work with. Organized, supportive of one another, and thoughtful about every decision they made. It was clear they were building something special together.
Fast forward three years, and life has brought even more to celebrate. 🎉 They welcomed a beautiful new daughter, earned a law degree, and were ready for their next big move out of state to begin another exciting chapter.
Together, we created a plan to prepare their home for the market, and thanks to that preparation, we accepted an offer within the first week! 🏡✨
