Testimonial Tuesday!

Diane got our post card in the mail and kept it aside for a while. She thought about selling her house, but wasn't sure when the right time was. Derecho came through and devastated the house to more than they could repair. Michelle and Dean, Diane's sister in law and brother, decided it was time for Diane to have a fresh start and purchased her a new home. Now all that was left was to sell it! They weren't sure we'd be interested in the property because of all the damage, but we aren't afraid of a big project! Meet Erin from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Erin and her sister called us after they received our postcard in the mail. Their Uncle John was placed in a retirement home, no longer needed his house and they were tasked with selling it. They knew it needed a little TLC and maybe they couldn't go a traditional route with a realtor. They gave us a call, we met with them, walked through the house and decided it was something we were interested in! Derecho went through which caused some delays in closing, but we were able to get it done in less than 45 days with that massive storm going through!
