We’ve been busy building out a studio for our brand & marketing manager, Wannette of Verve Creative Studio (Verve Creative Studio)—and yeah, it’s built different. 😎

She’s officially our new neighbor in NewBo (aligned goals, aligned zip code). The space? Zones for art + play, focus + meetings, collaboration, and content creation. Basically, a creative playground built with purpose.

And it’s not just us saying that. Contractors, lighting partners, and furnishing suppliers all agree: this space is next‑level. Not just for Eastern Iowa—regionally.

Our framing crew’s been running lean (and yes—we’re absolutely looking for summer help 👀), but 6850 Pumpkin Patch Place is still coming together strong.

Employee of the Quarter, and yeah—it’s well earned.

Huge congrats to Kelly Scovel for absolutely crushing it in our property management division. Growth? Check. Ideas for days? Check. Seamlessly migrating us to a new management software like it was no big deal? Also check. (Shoutout to Tylor Newhouse for having her back on that one.)

Even with a record number of leasing inquiries, (most of them hitting over the weekend because of course they did) Kelly still shows up every day with a smile and gets it done. Built different energy right there. We see you. 👏
