Originally from Keosauqua, Iowa, Kelly loves the positive work environment at Twenty40 and the opportunity to build relationships while helping people find a place to call home. She's also a proud wife and mom to an amazing 16-year-old daughter.

Fun fact? Basketball isn't just a hobby. Kelly sleeps, breathes, and lives it. It's been a huge part of life for as long as Kelly can remember.

Most team-building activities end with awkward group photos; spreadsheets or a word document filled with team affirmations no one ever opens again. Ours ended with something unique. 🎣✨

Last week, The iowa Ceramics Center and Glass Studio brought the creativity to our office for a team-building workshop where each of us created a stained-glass fish. On their own, they're cool. Together? They're becoming a custom chandelier that will hang in the entryway at Fulton Lofts.

It was a fun afternoon, a chance to step away from the usual grind, and an opportunity to create something as unique as the space itself.

Ground has officially broken on our newest 4-plex at Dows Farm. It's always exciting to see the first signs of progress, but watching an entire neighborhood come together? That's the good stuff.

Well, that escalated quickly. 🤯

🚧 Progress report: Things are getting real at Rookwood Commons in Marion.

The trusses went up on our final 12-plex this week, which means this project is officially starting to look less like a construction site and more like a place people will actually call home.

The only way you know the construction crew exists half the time is because the houses keep progressing.
