Today was closing day on the house in the background ✌🏻 my sellers were rockstars, we got multiple offers, over asking, and they got to take home a bigger check than expected because of that 💪🏻

The thing about real estate is....

Well, there is no clear path or explanation for a lot of what happens in this industry.

People come and go, rates fluctuate, and people move on to different chapters. It's congruous to life. 🎢

Learning to be someone who can roll with it all? That's where the money is. And I don't mean a commission check. I mean where the resolve and happiness lies.

A lot about life is uncertain. The things you can count on are few. Be flexible, true to your cause, and adaptable. If you do that, you can count on yourself.

If you've already mastered these things, kudos 👏

If you're like me and it took finding something to be passionate about (in my case, real estate) then I'll just say... I get you. In that sense, we are akin.

Haven't found it yet? Maybe it's a similar path. It takes grit, it means not slacking or giving up, and growing some thick skin. Maybe it's something you already possess, or maybe it's what you're looking to be taught.

Either way, if you have considered a career in real estate:

I know some really good people to help you get there.
I've been there, I'd love to be a support person for you.
Text or call me.

What's the worst that can happen?

And no, AI didn't write this. Straight from your HOME 🏡 girl.
