Did you know that commercial real estate is the backbone of small-town communities? 🏘️
As a commercial realtor, I believe strongly that we need to create opportunities for local businesses to succeed. Small businesses need reasonable rents and the right spaces to grow—not overhead so high that it becomes nearly impossible to make a return on their investment.
Why do small businesses close? There are many reasons—rising costs, staffing challenges, changing consumer habits, competition, and sometimes simply not enough revenue to cover the cost of doing business. One major factor can be occupancy costs that are too high for the business to sustain.
When local businesses thrive, our downtowns thrive. When businesses open their doors, they create jobs, bring people into the community, fill vacant storefronts, and help keep our small towns vibrant and growing.
