We are on the way to our open house for 1538 Bever Ave SE. We have fully rehabbed it and it is ready for a new owner. What everyone likes best about this house is the beautiful original woodwork throughout. Also, it is roomy for a 1913 vintage house because of a master bedroom and bathroom addition to the main floor done in the 1960s. We are having an open house for the house we just rehabbed on Sat., July 1, 2023 from 1-4 at 1538 Bever Ave SE in Cedar Rapids. On sale for $164,950. It has 4 full bedrooms and 2 full baths, including a master on the first floor large enough for a king-sized bed. The original woodwork throughout is beautiful! We started our winter 6 Week House-Flipping Workshop class on Jan 9 with 16 people. So far 14 have signed on to the full 6 week course. We had fun Week 2 reviewing the different types of wholesaling with 4 brave volunteers.
