A life-long resident of eastern Iowa, I came to the Skogman Commercial Realty in 2009 with over 20 years of client focused business and sales experience. My commercial real estate career began in 2005 as a property manager for a private commercial real estate group with holdings in Iowa, Illinois, Arizona, North Carolina, and Louisiana. I was licensed in Iowa to sell real estate in 2009 and designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2012. During my career, I have been involved with many facets of the commercial real estate field including land and building sales, investment property sales, redevelopment and leasing. I have had the good fortune to work with both national and local clients such as J.
