A trap door will take you down into the basement that is unfinished where there is storage space, a laundry area, and a small one car attached garage. It is right off of Mount Vernon Road, only two minutes away from Mercy Hospital. There is no backyard, however there is a non-fenced front yard. Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Pets are welcome with additional $250 non refundable fee and $25/dog, $15/cat monthly rent. Deposit is $875 and rent is $875.
Minimum requirements to move in:
1. No felonies
2. No past evictions
3. At least 6 months at your current Job (unless you switched in the same field)
