I am incredibly proud to be part of an organization that is committed to giving back and making a positive impact in our community. Recently, Skogman Companies was honored with a Campaign Excellence Award through United Way, recognizing the generosity and dedication of our team. I was also humbled to receive the Emerging Leader Award. While the recognition is appreciated, what means the most to me is the opportunity to serve alongside so many passionate individuals who are working to make Eastern Iowa a better place to live, work, and raise a family.

Community involvement has always been important to me, both personally and professionally. Whether it's helping clients find a place to call home, volunteering, or supporting organizations like United Way, I believe strong communities are built when people choose to invest in one another. The Cedar Rapids Community School District recently approved new attendance boundaries and grade configurations that will take effect for the 2027-2028 school year. Families considering a move may want to understand how a future address could impact where their students attend school.
